Codex Chapman

Person Tending to Plant Life

A nude person sits on a block and has his arms reached out to a plant nearby. Since this image is meant to depict a type of land, putting a person here implies that this place is inhabited by humans and that agricultural practices occur there. The types of agriculture practices were also figured out by the stars, and their distance changed every night.
