Star Coat

The Citlacoatl's coat is a gradient from gray to blue. In a way, these colors could interpret the transition from night to day. Among the scales, depicted as curved and oval lines, there are also white stars that would catch one's attention. It is also interesting to note that these animals and clothing are integrated with stars and directly connected with them. That shows a lot of how the Nahua made connections with other objects and how the Nahua created such deep meaning with each connection.
