Star Design Clothing

The ruler wears a white smock decorated with red lines, dots, and star forms. Not much is said about why this was his regalia and his connection to the stars. However, like we do today, whenever we see a person in power or a celebrity wear a particular design, we always think highly of it. So, since this ruler wore a star design, one can assume that this put stars in high regard with the Nahua people, further solidifying their importance.
