Margaret Puentes (MLIS) is the Coordinator of Collection Development and Sociology Liaison at Chapman University. She previously worked in distance education, serving her home institution and the partner institution mentioned in the presentation. She enjoys contributing to library diversity efforts by volunteering with organizations such as ALA Spectrum and the Diverse BookFinder.
David Carson (MM, MLIS) is the Health Sciences Librarian at Chapman University and is based at the Harry and Diane Rinker Health Science Campus in Irvine, CA. In his current role, David provides comprehensive library and research support to students and faculty in the health and behavioral sciences. He has previously worked in distance education, public services, and cataloging.
