We were responsible for providing all of the major library services for this institution, including reference and instruction. However, in 2020, we were informed that the institution we served would be forming a new partnership with another university system, and we would no longer provide library services. As part of the transition period, it was our responsibility to ensure a smooth and seamless transition of services and play a role in setting up the new library.
