After creating our initial list of tasks, we then decided what needed to be completed first, divided up the work, and got started. It was helpful to have shared documents that we could both review and check off as work was completed:
List of all tasks to be completed
List of LibGuides that needed to be edited
List of videos to review and edit or rerecord
This wasn't always a linear process. Along the way there were changing deadlines and unexpected news.
