Overview of scholarly research/creative activity: The Chapman Coffee Club is interested in exploring everything related to coffee from green coffee, to roasting and brewing. Join us on Fridays 2-4 pm in KC 163 as we research the science and art of coffee.
Specific projects working on: Students interested in coffee can explore various research projects with individual faculty.

What students would be doing: Lab experiments related to roasting and brewing, literature reviews, inviting speakers, setting up webinars, creating a website.
