Italian Heritage Archive Study Room

This study room encourages the exploration of Italian heritage and culture while honoring John N. LaCorte, an influential Italian-American entrepreneur and founder of the Italian Historical Society in America. Those who reserve this room can study and research in a space that offers relevant information and resources to inspire reflection on the influence of Italian culture in Western societies, arts, and sciences. Visitors can view artifacts celebrating Italian culture, including a statue of the Emblem of the Italian Historical Society of America that was gifted to the Leatherby Libraries by LaCorte.
