We knew we would have to deliver the message through different channels and mediums in order to reach everyone.
Prominent text was placed on the top of the former library website with a link to direct users to the new website
Orientation workshops were organized at various dates and times of the day. These sessions allowed us to guide users through the new website and answer questions
Announcements were made during instruction sessions to reinforce the message
Overall, this multifaceted communication strategy helped inform users of the changes and alleviate concerns.
