One-on-One Discussions
Discussing the change with users one-on-one is beneficial and personable, as you can immediately answer any questions and offer reassurance to reduce anxieties or concerns. Near the transition date, we had one-on-one discussions with faculty members as opportunities presented. However, one-on-one discussions only reach a limited number of users who are likely already engaged with the library. They need to be part of a larger, more comprehensive strategy to reach the most users possible.
