She is a Graphic Design major and is also currently pursuing a minor in Organismal Biology. She is interested in the Black cultural production because she has five years’ experience in social work and feels it is necessary that the Black voice is heard and amplified. By studying the past through art and the portrayal of people of color, she is of the belief that together we can make the future a more inclusive place with less implicit bias and systematic racism.
