My name is Dylan Lavigne. I grew up in the suburbs of New York City and I’m currently a senior at Chapman University majoring in Business and minoring in Creative and Cultural Industries. I have a passion for the arts, especially music and fashion, and I like to push myself to learn about the history of different art forms. Ever since I was a child, my father was always into photography. Whenever there was an exciting moment, no matter how small, you can be assured that it was documented. At first I found this annoying, but when I grew older I really learned to appreciate the power and beauty of photography. I am excited to keep learning more about the history of photography and I hope to be able to bring this knowledge and perspective to my future work and hobbies.
